1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Expense Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and LYONSOFT COMPANY LIMITED ("Lyónsoft", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Expense Tracker is a personal finance management application that allows users to record expenses, set budgets, view spending reports, and manage their personal financial data on their mobile device.

The App is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Features may vary between platforms and app versions.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lyónsoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App to any third party.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks related to the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without express written permission from Lyónsoft.

5. In-App Purchases

Expense Tracker may offer optional premium features accessible via in-app purchase ("IAP") through the App Store or Google Play. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and subject to their respective terms.

• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as provided by Apple/Google refund policies.
• To request a refund, contact Apple Support (iOS) or Google Play Support (Android) directly.
• Subscription features, if offered, will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Lyónsoft does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The App is intended for personal tracking purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or accounting advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lyónsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.

8. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backup mechanisms you enable (such as iCloud).

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the App. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the App from your device.

Lyónsoft reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, we will notify you via the App or App Store release notes.
