Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Lyovaro, a local-first camera and work-recording tool provided by LYONSOFT COMPANY LIMITED.
1. Using the app
You may use Lyovaro in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the photos, project details, and exports you create, and for obtaining any permission required to capture people, property, or locations.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the media and work records you create. The app is designed to store core records locally and to export them only when you direct it. Keep copies of important records and verify that exports meet your own retention needs.
3. Accuracy and evidence
Lyovaro records the device, project, and optional location context available at capture time. It does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legal admissibility, chain of custody, authorship, origin, or tamper-proof status of any photo, timestamp, location, address, or export. Do not rely on the app as your sole safety, compliance, legal, insurance, or evidentiary record.
4. Pro purchases
Optional Pro features may be offered through the applicable app store. Prices, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and restore-purchase rules are handled by that store and subject to its terms. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features where permitted by law. Device hardware, operating-system permissions, GPS, geocoding, and third-party share destinations may be unavailable or inaccurate. We are not responsible for loss caused by device failure, lack of backups, connectivity, or third-party services.
