Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Pill Reminder, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Pill Reminder lets you add medicines, set one or more reminder times, configure birth-control cycles, receive notifications, mark doses as taken or missed, and review a local history. Features, supported platforms, and availability may change. The current release is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad; the Android version is in development and is not currently available on Google Play.

3. Medical disclaimer

Pill Reminder is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee that a notification will be delivered. Always follow instructions from your doctor or pharmacist. Verify your medicine, dosage, schedule, and notifications yourself, especially for time-sensitive medication.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of medicine names, dosage information, images, and other content you enter. You are responsible for entering accurate information and for granting the app the notification and photo permissions needed for features you choose to use.

5. Purchases and advertising

Pill Reminder may offer Premium features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to its billing, renewal, refund, and account terms. The app may also display advertising. Premium entitlements, prices, and included features may change as the product evolves.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to replace professional medical care or emergency services.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, abuse, or bypass the app's security, purchase, or advertising systems.
• Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the terms of the platform from which you installed it.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep reminders and local records reliable, but notifications can be delayed or suppressed by device settings, Focus modes, battery restrictions, operating-system limits, or other factors outside our control. The app is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms when the app or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
