Privacy Policy
Summary: LyoPDF processes your selected images and PDFs on your device and does not require an account. Recent PDFs and app settings are stored locally. Network services may be used for ads, consent, diagnostics, App Store services, and support communication.
1. Information Processed by the App
- Documents you choose: photos, camera captures, image files, and PDFs selected by you for conversion.
- Local outputs: exported PDFs, recent PDF metadata, file names, thumbnails, and app preferences such as paper size, orientation, margins, fit mode, auto-crop, and Face ID Lock setting.
- Permissions: access to Photos, Camera, Files, and biometric authentication only when you choose related features.
- Support messages: email address, message content, and attachments you voluntarily send to us.
2. Local Document Processing
LyoPDF converts, previews, edits, and exports documents on your device. Your selected photos, imported files, and generated PDFs are not uploaded to Lyónsoft servers for conversion.
Recent PDFs are stored locally on your device so you can reopen, rename, edit, share, or delete them. Deleting local files or uninstalling the app removes local app data from that device, subject to iOS backup and file-management behavior.
3. Ads, Consent, Analytics, and Diagnostics
LyoPDF may use Google Mobile Ads, Google's consent tools, Firebase Analytics, Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, and Apple-provided App Store diagnostics or analytics.
- Ad and consent services may process device identifiers, consent status, ad interactions, approximate technical information, and diagnostics according to their own policies and your device settings.
- Firebase Analytics collection is designed to respect consent and app configuration. Analytics events are used to understand app reliability and feature usage, not to read your document content.
- You can manage tracking permissions in iOS Settings and, where available, ad privacy choices inside the app.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide image-to-PDF conversion, PDF preview, export, recent PDFs, and app security features.
- Remember your export defaults and app preferences on your device.
- Operate ads, consent flows, diagnostics, and app improvement tools.
- Respond to support requests that you send to us.
5. Third-Party Services
LyoPDF may interact with Apple services such as Photos, Camera, Files, Face ID, App Store, App Store Connect analytics, and device privacy settings. It may also use Google services including Google Mobile Ads, User Messaging Platform, and Firebase Analytics. These services are governed by their respective privacy policies.
6. Children, Retention, and Your Choices
LyoPDF is a general productivity utility and is not directed to children under 13. We retain support emails only as needed to answer and manage support requests. Local app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
You can revoke Photos, Camera, tracking, and biometric permissions in iOS Settings. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence you previously sent.
