LyoPDF Support
Help for the iPhone and iPad image-to-PDF app.

What does LyoPDF do?
LyoPDF converts photos, camera captures, imported images, and existing PDF pages into clean, shareable PDF files.
Which platforms are supported?
LyoPDF is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 16 or later.
Do I need an account?
No. LyoPDF does not require sign-up or a user account to convert documents.
Are my photos or PDFs uploaded?
No for document conversion. Selected images and PDFs are processed on your device. Network access may be used for ads, consent prompts, App Store services, and support communication.
Where are exported PDFs stored?
Exported and recent PDFs are stored locally on your device. You can rename, reopen, edit, share, or delete recent PDFs from inside the app.
Can I adjust pages before export?
Yes. You can reorder pages, crop, auto-crop camera captures, rotate, duplicate, delete, apply filters, and choose paper size, orientation, margin, fit mode, and page range.
How does Face ID Lock work?
If your device supports biometric authentication, LyoPDF can require Face ID when opening the app to help protect access to recent local PDFs.
Why does the app show ads or privacy choices?
LyoPDF may use Google Mobile Ads and consent tools. Ad privacy controls do not change the fact that your document content is processed locally.
