1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using LyoPDF, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App Status and Availability

LyoPDF is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Features, availability, pricing, ad behavior, and platform support may change between app versions, devices, regions, or App Store availability.

3. Permitted Use

LyoPDF is a productivity tool for converting images, camera captures, and imported files into PDF documents. You are responsible for the content you import, create, store, share, or export with the app.

Use the app only with content you own or have permission to process.
Do not use the app for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes.
Review exported PDFs before relying on them for official, legal, financial, medical, or other important uses.

4. Local Files and Backups

LyoPDF stores recent PDFs and preferences locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups of important documents and for managing local storage, iCloud backups, file sharing, and deleted files through iOS features.

5. Ads and Rewards

LyoPDF may display ads and may offer rewarded ad flows or export credits. Ad availability, reward eligibility, and ad providers may vary by region, device, consent status, and network availability. We do not guarantee that ads or rewards will always be available.

6. No Warranty

LyoPDF is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free conversion, perfect document recognition, exact output formatting, or suitability for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYONSOFT COMPANY LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, documents, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of LyoPDF.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LyoPDF after an update means you accept the revised terms.
