1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Phone Cleaner, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Phone Cleaner is a utility for reviewing and managing photos, videos, contacts, local contact backups, and private local content. It includes cleanup, Fast Cleaning, compression, Secret Space, and related settings. Features, availability, pricing, and platform support may change between versions.
The current release supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 11.4 or later. The app does not require an account or a cloud service to provide its core cleanup and compression workflows.
3. Your content and permissions
- Use the app only with photos, videos, contacts, and other content you own or have permission to process.
- Review cleanup candidates and compressed output before confirming deletion, merging, saving, or sharing.
- Keep independent backups of important photos, videos, contacts, and documents. Local backups and Secret Space are not a replacement for a separate backup strategy.
- Grant Photos, Contacts, Camera, Microphone, or biometric permissions only when you want the related feature to work.
4. Deletion and recovery
When you confirm a media deletion, iOS or iPadOS controls how the item moves through the Photos system and Recently Deleted retention period. Phone Cleaner cannot guarantee recovery after the operating system permanently removes an item.
Contact merges and other contact changes may alter records in your device address book. Use the app's backup tools and your own independent backups before making important changes.
5. Secret Space
Secret Space is a local protection feature, not a guarantee of absolute security. You are responsible for remembering your passcode and keeping your device, operating system, and Apple account secure. Removing the app, clearing its local data, or losing the device may make protected content unavailable.
6. Premium purchases
Phone Cleaner may offer weekly, yearly, or lifetime Premium access through the App Store. Apple processes all payments, renewals, and refunds under its applicable terms. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the renewal period. Prices, trial eligibility, entitlement rules, and included features may change.
To request a refund or manage a purchase, use Apple's support and account tools. LYONSOFT cannot access your full payment card details or directly override Apple's billing decisions.
7. Third-party services
The app may use Apple system services and Firebase Analytics or Remote Config. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Some app settings, analytics behavior, or feature availability may depend on network connectivity or service availability.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
Phone Cleaner is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect duplicate detection, exact compression output, successful recovery of deleted content, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYONSOFT COMPANY LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, media, contacts, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the app, services, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
